For the cup size, the volume would be equal, although the vessels may be arranged differently, or depending on the size of the band. Of course, if you're a 30D, is a 36A too large (in the band and therefore no support even if the cuts) are the right size. 30D breasts look too big in comparison to the tumor site 36A bust if their actions are less comprehensive.

You will notice that the 30F is very compact and the breasts are large for the small box, where more scattered and 38C breasts (although the same size as the 30F) does not seem so large compared to most of the breast.
